if you want really simple hit the produce and fresh mest isle of the store grab what you already like and cook in healthy ways like grilling or sauting in olive oil try not to fry, if you get the craving just be sure to heat oil to 365 and drain very well. eating healthy is using fresh ingrediants that you prep from scratch and have complete control over more than specific recipies... of course cheese and starches stick to ya more but as a teenager you should be looking for some carbs to be sure you have enough energy for your average day.
References :
google fave foods toget additional spices and sauces to compliment your fresh meals

Try looking at http://www.mypyramid.gov/ and get some ideas about putting meals together for yourself. I agree that at 15 you don't need to be on a "diet", so while once in a while you do eat salads or smoothies with your mom, putting some good lean proteins (fish is ALWAYS a good source!) with some whole grain products and fruits and vegetables for your healthy carbs, and add a small quantity of good fats (olive oil, canola oil, etc) is going to nourish you better!

Good luck! You seem to have the basics, you just need to know how and what to put together.

Also check out a book called the Good Mood Diet Book, which is an invaluable source for good healthy food pairings (you don't have to follow the exact diet to get the benefits).

Also go to www.allrecipes.com and go to their Healthy Recipes section...VERY good source!!
References :
http://www.mypyramid.gov/
