Healthy Chicken Sandwich recipe ?

Heyya…if someone could type an easy to make..or a bit tough….healthy yet tasty chicken sandwich recipe then that would be really helpful. Thanks a lot!
@ Edit : Ok I changed my mind..it doesn’t have to be THIS easy!
Spicy…tangy is the main criteria

Well its not so hard really, here what I eat everyday for dinner since im on diet:

Spicy Chicken Sandwich:

First you buy those packages at Walmart or something that have like 5 pieces of chicken breast. I like to pick the Tyson brand. Each serving is 110 calories and around 5-10 calories from fat and 26g of protein, which is very good.

Then buy Bimbo Soft Wheat bread, or if you can find it, buy Bimbo 100% whole wheat. I buy mine off H.E.B. dunno if you have that store where you live. 2 slices are 120 calories, 10 calories from fat.

And finally a spice called Cayenne Pepper Powder. Its very healthy and helps increase metabolism. Maybe perhaps you would like to add a little pepper too?

You can add lettuce or avocado if you wish!

Just sprinkle the desired amount of Cayenne Pepper on the chicken breast & cook it on high. I cook mine without any oil because it already contains fat which works well to not stick so much.

And vuala, you have a very delicious chicken sandwich for less than 300 calories and high in protein & wheat

And if you cant find the Bimbo brand, make sure the bread you buy does NOT have high fructose corn syrup. Many breads do.

EDIT: Hmm well if you prefer tangy…you could always add a little lemon. Maybe perhaps you would like to cook the chicken breast in lemon juice or celery leaves for a change?

But whatever you do, do not add mayo, mayo is never healthy even though it claims to be "low fat".

Step 1) Take a 4oz raw chicken breast
Step 2) Microwave the chicken breast until it is fully cooked all the way through
Step 3) Place chicken breast between 2 slices of whole wheat bread

Chop the chicken into strips, place strips in a tub, cover with low fat salad cream and sprinkle with pepper, put lid on tub and shake until chicken is covered in the pepper and salad cream. Put chicken in a baguette/sub roll with lots of salad and enjoy.

Chicken Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients
1 cup chopped cooked chicken breast
1/3 cup chopped cored apple, chopped seeded cucumber, or finely chopped celery
1 hard-cooked egg, peeled and chopped
2 tablespoons plain low-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise or salad dressing
Salt and black pepper
8 slices whole wheat bread
4 lettuce leaves

Directions
In a medium bowl stir together chicken, apple, and egg. Add yogurt and mayonnaise; stir to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve immediately or cover and chill up to 4 hours.

Spread chicken mixture on half of the bread slices. Top with lettuce leaves and remaining bread slices. Cut away crusts if desired. Cut each sandwich into four triangles or squares.

OR

Spicy Chicken Sandwich

cooking spray
1/3 cup red hot sauce
4 (4 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts
2/3 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
8 teaspoons fat-free mayonnaise
1 tomato, sliced
1 cup all-purpose flour
5 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
4 reduced-fat hamburger buns with sesame seeds
1 1/2 cups chopped lettuce

Directions
1)Preheat oven to 350°. Spray baking pan with cooking spray. Mix pepper sauce and water in a recloseable plastic bag.
2)Mix all dry ingredients in a large recloseable plastic bag.
3)Put chicken in bag with hot pepper sauce and toss to coat.
4)Take chicken one piece at a time and shake in the bag of dry mixture, making sure to coat well.
5)Place the chicken on the baking pan and coat with the cooking spray.
6)Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.
7)Sprinkle chicken with hot pepper sauce mix and spray more cooking spray on the chicken.
8)Turn and bake 30 minutes more.
9)Brown the face of the buns.
10)On the top half of the bun spread 2 teaspoons of the mayonnaise and top with a slice of tomato and chopped lettuce.

Chicken Cobb Sandwiches

mayo
blue cheese
sandwich rolls
cooked chicken, sliced
bacon, cooked until crisp
1 tomato, sliced
1 avocado, sliced
romaine lettuce, chopped
vinaigrette

Combine mayo and blue cheese to taste. Spread on toasted sandwich rolls. Assemble sandwiches however you wish.

Parmesan Chicken

3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon white-wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
6 (5-oz) skinless boneless chicken breast halves
1 1/2 English muffins (not sandwich-size)
3/4 cup finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano (1 1/2 oz)
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted

take bread.Slice off the crusty parts on the sides.Spread mayonaise.Then over it give some sauce.Then the chicken.Then lay out a cheece slice.Then again mayonaise.Then again sauce. Then the other bread.If you want you may give lettuce,cucumber or tomatoes…:D eat and enjoy

Fry some chicken fillets in a pan until they are goldeny. use low fat hellman’s mayonaise and spread it on wholemeal bread. spread some more over the chicken, and place it on the bread. add lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes and anything other vegetables you have/fancy. add another slice of bread on top et voila! it’s a delicious, nutritious, easy to make chicken sandwich!

Get a chicken breast and pound it flat then sprinkle with any spices you like and be sure to sprinkle with cinnamon and some maple syrup then grill or bake. This is so good on any type of bread that you use to make a sub with layer it with lettuce and tomato and use a flavored mayo like Kraft Chipotle mayo.

If you have a Trader Joe’s in your area, go there and look in their deli section for an apricot chicken salad. I bought that and made a sandwich and it was the best chicken salad sandwich ever.
