Crockpot Teriyaki Steak

1. 2 1/2 lb Boneless chuck steak 
2. 2 tablespoons Oil 
3. 1 t Ground ginger 
4. 1/2 c Soy sauce 
5. 1 tb Sugar 
6. 1 Clove garlic crushed 

     Cut steak into 1/8-inch thick slices. Combine remaining ingredients 
in a small bowl. Place meat in a crock-pot. Pour sauce over. Cover 
and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Serve with rice.... Makes 5-6 
servings...

		<description>Fish is very healthy for you.  Here&#039;s an easy skillet fish recipe I have used before.  

Skillet Fish Dinner

1 celery rib, chopped
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 to 3 plum tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup chopped ripe olives
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
1/2 pound cod, haddockor orange roughy fillets
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon seafood seasoning or dried parsley flakes
Hot cooked rice


In a skillet, saute the celery, in oil until almost tender. Add tomatoes and ripe olives; cook and stir for 1-2 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with fish fillets and sprinkle with seasoning. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 6 minutes. Break fish into chunks. Cook about 3 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve over rice. Serve with hot pepper sauce if desired. Makes 2 servings.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
