		<description>- 3-4oz grilled chicken breast/ salmon 
- 1/2 cup long grain or brown rice (or yam/ potatoes)
- 14 baby carrots (steamed with 1 tsp olive oil/ margerine)
- 1 cup 1% milk


- 1 wholegrain bagel
- 2-3 slices deli meat chicken/ turkey
- 1/2 green apple thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp crandberry jam 
(All of the above go on the same sandwhich in this order)
Have with 1 cup 1% milk and whatever else you wish for- healthy.

- pre cooked steak strips or chicken breast strips
- potatoes
- 1/2 cup brown or longrain rice
- mixed vegetables (carrots, celery, etc..)
- 2-3 tbsp light terriayki/ soy sauce
(Stirfry, combind) 
- And a glass of 1% milk

- 1 Lean cuisine/ weight watchers/ healthy choice frozen entree
- 1 serving vegetables (small salad, some carrots, or etc..)
- 1 cup 1% milk

So it&#039;s only for me but I need a HEALTHY recipe I can make.  The only catch is I am Super Super picky.  I dont like soup, broccoli, spinach beans, casseroles, wraps and some other stuff.  I know, it pretty much excludes a lot of quick and healthy meals, I do like a lot of fruits and veggies.

I love, strawberries, carrots, apples, raspberries, blueberries, grapes, celery, cucumber, lettuce, chicken, potatoes, steak, pears, lamb, all that good stuff! So if you could please help! That would be awesome, Thank you :)
