OK seriously need help with the recipe?
Byok tell me what i can do with this that’s low fat, low carb and high in protein. i need some magic, fast to cook, easy to prepare, daily dish for my workout with weight training, jogging, and HIIT(high intensity interval training).
220g of chicken breast boneless skinless(240kcal)
25g of low fat mozzarella cheese(60kcal)
I have a frying pan, an oven, a microwave and aluminium foil. i dont want to add seasoning much and i can remove/change the cheese.
this was what i did, i oven baked the chicken stuffed with mozzarella cheese and wrapped in aluminium foil and BOY WAS IT DISGUSTING! so im thinking of other methods of cooking now, fast, easy, healthy. thanks ![]()
i also have olive oil, parsley, lemon juice.
fry your chicken with lemon juice in the frying pan with a little olive oil.
cut the chicken in small pieces oh and don’t fry throw it all in the frying pan at once. fry it in portions also a little rice and some boiled carrots cut in small pieces.
also don’t try to cut carbs and fat too much it’ll just make building muscles harder.

Eat fish, lots of fish, and Mushrooms, my two favorites in a dinner.
Poached salmon and steamed mushrooms, Yum.
You wanna eat meat, eat fish or call it quits, unless you can get ostrich meat, in which case you’re on your own, I have never cooked that up (I want to).
Chicken is healthier than beef and pork, but still up there.
