for future reference, don’t make that comment again when talking about caesar salad…tomatoes in caesar sald is a crime and people who do so, are as stupid as people that prefers to use iceberg lettuce instead of romaine

you can take some …
you can take some mayonnaise, add garlic clove, anchovies, lemon juice, crushed black pepper and blitz it all together in blender. dilute with some cold boiled water.
you MUST add anchovies, otherwise your dressing will taste like garlic mayo.
anyway, in my opinion this is the best salad i’ve ever eat!!!
