Stir-Fried Chicken & Broccoli – My Way

This is a quick dish and mighty tasty. I reveal the ’secret’ chinese ingredient that u have never read about or seen! Have u ever tried to re-create chinese restaurant chicken fried rice? It’s never the same no matter how many times u’ve made it. Reason is, u need the secret ingredient…no, not msg. Here it’s sold under the name Maggie’s Seasoning. I get mine from Canada. It comes in a 200 ml, like i show, and up to 800 ml or a litre sized brown bottle. It’s liquid!

They use different peppers and seeds. Chili flakes for sure. Don’t recall much else, at the moment.

Oh I have the Maggis already I was talking about the red peppers stuff they use to make it spicy in Chinese restaurants. I have a Vietnamese Chilli garlic paste but it doesn’t taste the same.

It’s not spicy at all, it just gives it the true Chinese restaurant taste. It’s called Maggie Seasoning. It’s a liquid, obviously. Couple of shots and ur in Chinatown!

a dash of white pepper and some white sugar gives a less synthetic and even better flavor instead of the MSG.
