i’m not sure, but i …
i’m not sure, but i have a hunch that the chicken he added wasn’t raw at all…I think he just edited out the part where he cooked the rest of the chicken for time or something…I’m not an expert but i don’t think it’s very safe (hygienically speaking) to add raw meat to a fully cooked dish…but I don’t know… sorry, that was my little blurb

I see that chicken …
I see that chicken was added twice to the wok. Once at the biggining and then again after the peppers, carrots… Chicken was added and then the chicken stock. My question is why did you do 1/2 the chicken first and then the rest later before the scallions and bok choy? Adding raw meat to the dish 1/2 way does what? Thank you.

I am learning alot from your videos. Please do more and keep them basic like the ones you have made thus far. I don’t desire to be a gourmet cook, just want to learn better techniques in cooking and seasoning. You are extremely talented in the kitchen.

Have you ever tried …
Have you ever tried the ginger that comes in a tube? I know it sounds strange, but after many times of having the checkout clerk toss away my ginger because they thought it was trash on the checkout line, I tried it and it is great. This recipe is right up my alley. LOVING your videos. (boy, I would love to knead some bread on those marble countertops of yours) haha Susan

Wow, that looks a lot better than my dad’s stir-fry. I was wondering, do you have any good and unique Caribbean receipts? My wife is Caribbean and she’s a good cook, but curry and jerk chicken is getting old. Thanks.
